Lydia’s Nest Gifted a Van

Dr. Barbara Black said she’s always felt compelled to help those in need and a few years ago she started an organization to help fulfill her mission.

Black founded Lydia’s Nest, which is based in the Johnsonville community of Florence County.

The organization is dedicated to preventing poverty and food insecurity in Johnsonville and surrounding communities.

Black said the overall mission “focuses on disseminating essential resources and providing education to those in need.” Read the Full Article
